Prior to this, in 2021, I held the position of Creative Lead for a pioneering GameFi project. In this capacity, I conducted extensive research and successfully sourced talent across various domains, including art, game development, and community building. With my proven track record, I have mastered the art of selling, training, hiring, and managing sales personnel to exceed organizational sales targets. I focus on finding solutions to achieve goals.
