I love figuring out customer pain points and working with interesting tech to solve them. I enjoy root causing a problem to get to the bottom of why there’s a pain point through customer engagements and analysing trends and product usage. I learnt from my career in DevOps engineering that there are multiple ways to solve a problem. To do this, I focus on delivering client outcomes, working with superb people and always taking on new learnings!

In my role as Product Manager for Inventory Orchestration Services, we’re building the next-gen infrastructure automation & orchestration platform in Citi. We’re implementing a strategy to improve the technology infrastructure inventory data quality by building a self-service, scalable infrastructure automation platform for Developers, Architects, SRE and Operations teams at Citi.I’ve done this by: 

• Putting the customer first
• Making decisions in ambiguous environments with the backing of customer data
• Communicating complex technical challenges across a range of audiences 

I care about psychological safety, diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. I’ve had the opportunity to act on this by leading the Women in Technology and Innovation affinity group in Citi Dublin for over 2 years. We’ve delivered tangible outcomes of making technical job specifications more inclusive and promoting Citi as a technology centric place to work through hosting Citi Dublin’s first tech MeetUp, sharing diverse technical knowledge through a Speaker Series, being a panellist on university events in Ireland and creating a community of female technologists in Citi Dublin.
