Process Automation and improvement: ISO 9001- Hosting PSS (Problem Solving Sessions) and Kaizen guidelines (Daily/Weekly meetings, Dashboard management), Process mapping and Improvement cycle deployment with Automations through Macro-VBA workbooks (automatic Accountings / document generation). Creation, revision, and validation of Standard Operational Procedures with the correspondent operational guidelines and formatting.
