I bring over 4 years of experience in the digital assets industry, spanning business development, full-cycle sales, partnerships, and product development.


I began my career at Chainalysis as one of the founding SDRs on the team. I was quickly promoted to team lead, where I scaled the team from 1 to 17 members across the United States. In this role, I owned the onboarding process, from account setup to curated pitch refinement, and led the team to strong performance: in my final two quarters as lead, every team member met or exceeded their quarterly quota.


After scaling the SDR team, I transitioned into a full-cycle sales account executive role, working primarily with DeFi protocols, SMB financial institutions, crypto-native startups, and service providers. In parallel with my sales responsibilities, I collaborated with the product management team to help launch Chainalysis Incident Response, a product designed to proactively protect smart contract-based businesses from exploits or vulnerabilities. Currently, I lead Web3 corporate partnerships at Plug and Play. I drive adoption of our global innovation platform by signing major financial institutions and Layer 1 blockchains. I serve as a liaison between our startup and portfolio community and our corporate partners, facilitating introductions that lead to POC and pilot opportunities. In 2024, I launched a $1.3M custom accelerator program with the XDC Network focused on RWA tokenization. We selected 10 leading tokenization startups, and since launch, I’ve connected the cohort with over 35 corporates and 30+ venture capital firms, helping founders access both market opportunities and early-stage funding.
