From 0 to 1, developed and offered graduate-level courses in blockchain technology with 50 students annually(cross-listed in the Business and Economics Department and Computer Science Department).

From 0 to 1, designed and delivered a personal cloud storage devices-based decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN). Successfully built a cohesive engineering design team including consensus algorithm engineers, manufacturing engineers, product and application test engineers, frontend and backend engineers, hardware design engineers, blockchain engineers, embedded system engineers, and supply chain engineers. Provided blockchain-related consulting and development services to over 20 big companies (e.g. Alibaba, Chow Tai Fook, Hainan Airlines, and BGI Genomics) and city governments (e.g. Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Dubai). Raised multi-million dollars from top VCs, e.g. Innoangel Fund, Milestone Ventures, and Plum Ventures. Acquired ZhiQian Tech, an AI + blockchain company, founded by AI expert Dr. Lei Ding and developed an intelligent L1 blockchain ATLANTIS.

Created a platform to protect intellectual properties for individuals and enterprises with blockchain technology. Secured seed funding from two successful Harvard alumni, Goldman Sachs’ Sanjeev Mehra and Tim Draper family’s Boost VC. Acquired Shield128, a blockchain security company founded by ZK expert Kobi Gurkan and security expert Eli Ben-Nun.

Defined design opportunities based on IDEO’s human-centered design process; created tangible design expressions. Explored the potential applications of blockchain technology(Bitcoin and Ethereum) and coded both on-chain and off-chain. Worked collaboratively and creatively within interdisciplinary teams from IDEO, Harvard, Fidelity Labs, and Citi Ventures.
