Hi there! I am from El Salvador. I've been a Project Manager on a very successful UCaaS business, but not only as a Project Manager, I've built, implemented, and improved Internal processes from scratch and train my fellow peers. Also, helped improve and build a Project Management Office from its conception to the successful restructured office management. Establishing new processes using Scrum Methodologies, Jira, and Confluence alone.
So in short I am an innovative thinker and problem solver person. Challenges make my day, because once I get the solution it just pushes my motivation forward and I feel accomplished and helpful. Usually, my boss and other executives try to get my help in thinking about how to fix a problem. If I don't know I will find out who can fix it, or how to fix it.
