Built a Solana-based NFT and collectibles reward platform from the ground up, developing a full-stack Web3 platform (React, Next.js, Node.js). Developed an admin system for managing collections, and a custom CMS, enabling real-time on-chain cNFT updates, airdrops, new collection creation, and access to key data metrics. Launched 8 NFT collection drops, processing over 16,223 NFT sales and driving a $2.5M market cap for the Catalina Whale Mixer collection. Integrated Crossmint for custodial wallet management and credit card payments. Added multiple Solana wallet options for Web3 users, streamlining payments and improving onboarding for 21,890+ users. Led infrastructure scaling on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront) to handle high-traffic NFT drops with minimal downtime. Automated deployment workflows with Heroku and GitHub Actions, optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Collaborated with top-tier NFT projects and blockchain partners, securing key strategic partnerships to expand adoption.

Developed multiple scalable SaaS self-managed applications for NFT collection creators on Solana, providing enhanced utility for their NFTs. Designed and implemented an admin and content management system using a headless CMS (prismic), allowing creators to fully manage applications without developer intervention. Integrated NFT collection gating, utilizing custom tokens and on-chain payments to facilitate seamless access control. Partnered with Magic Eden to deliver utilities such as staking, raffles, roulette wheels, token creation, and airdrops for newly launched NFT collections. Hired and managed developers, overseeing project development, execution, and delivery to ensure high-quality output.

Led front-end architecture for a cannabis dispensary POS system, migrating from a legacy stack to Vue.js and Node.js for improved performance.
