Ph D Candidate
I design cryptographic primitives and build systems that close the gap between theoretical MPC and real-world deployment. My primary focus is Function Secret Sharing (FSS): I have produced new constructions (compact-key FSS, threshold FSS-based search), proved their security under standard assumptions, and shipped them into concrete systems (TERRA, MUSSE, ThORY). I am equally comfortable deriving security reductions and running a side-channel rig on a Raspberry Pi.

Experience
Security Researcher
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) 2021 - 2022
Identified vulnerabilities in production RTOS firmware used in HAL avionic software; delivered formal vulnerability reports with proof-of-concept attack vectors and concrete mitigation patches.
PhD Candidate
IIT Kharagpur 2020 - 2026
Designed and proved the first compact-key FSS scheme with a non-linear decoder; Built TERRA, the first Trojan-resilient reverse firewall for cryptographic applications; Designed ThORY, a threshold searchable encryption scheme from Threshold DPFs; Designed MUSSE, a conjunctive SSE scheme for the two-server model using VDMPFs and the new HQSM primitive.
Research Project
IIIT Guwahati 2019 - 2020
Designed a multi-authority CP-ABE scheme with measurably reduced secret key and ciphertext sizes; implemented using PBC and GMP libraries.
