As a community moderator on PAM community, I always make sure I answer all queries and questions in the community, keep the community in order, welcome new members, keep members updated with the latest announcement and development from the project team, organize events such as AMA, puzzles and quiz to keep the community busy and engaged at all times.

Managed and monitored active community members on both telegram and discord to ensure the community is constantly active and pleasant. Actively watch Crypto/NFT and Web 3 platforms such as Twitter to uncover Threads, memes and hot issues for community to participate with. Plan and administer community-building initiatives, participate in mentions on all social media sites. Generate reports regarding community involvement and feedback as required. Reply to the community queries in timely way.

Building community, keep the community busy and making sure members engage in conversations, staying up to date with latest events and news, bring the topic to the community, ask them for their opinions and thoughts just to keep the community busy at all times.
