With over 15 years at the helm of in-house brand and design with a passion for creative operations, I specialise in leading design and document production teams, coordinating and executing ambitious ideas or day to day musts, and managing senior firm-wide brand initiatives into on-brand solutions, that deliver strategic leaps forward.


My career has been built on providing a solution to a problem. I flourish in environments where needed to lead, to innovate and push the evolution of a brand. From running rebrands, to leading multi-disciplinary teams and shaping every stage of the creative process, from strategy to delivery, across digital, print, social, video, and… well just about anything else!


I ensure every touchpoint tells a consistent and compelling brand story, partnering with stakeholders across marketing and other departments to bring ideas to life wherever they are needed. Whether rolling out complex rebrands, launching high-impact campaigns, or bespoke developing in-house digital innovations for clients, this is where I make the most difference.


Creative operations however, is where I thrive. It is the golden thread running through all of my professional experience. Once described as a “unicorn,” I blend a deep design knowledge with an instinct for operational excellence. From orchestrating brand rollouts and training teams on brand principles to integrating new tech and AI-driven tools that supercharge workflows, I have delivered firm-wide initiatives that move brands forward in leaps, not steps.

WeQual is an international remote learning and development organisation positioned to support fortune 1000 companies to enhance their talent, and grow their teams from middle management up to the executive committee, with a focus on equity in the workplace. Transformational impact in record time: Within 3 months of starting, I overhauled the marketing and design function — a transformation described by leadership as “astronomical.” The team went from struggling with delivery to operating at full strength, thanks to the introduction of new systems, processes, tools, and workflows that dramatically improved efficiency and quality. I implemented a full redesign of operations, introduced new templates, upgraded branding, brought in skilled freelancers, and enabled the team to deliver more, at higher quality, and much faster. This allowed the wider business to access what they needed quickly — from pitch support to client-facing materials — and I equipped teams with improved tools and training, particularly around PowerPoint and brand usage. The transformation allowed us to focus time where it mattered most: high-value, high-impact creative. The feedback from the business? Led AG’s award-winning rebrand and transformed its creative function into a high-performing, market-facing powerhouse 4 new platforms. Over 600 new trained users. 34 design & marketing templates. 25% more work won from greater quality outputs & better client interactions. 110% more requests completed on time. 50% more pitches. As Brand Lead and Designer, I co-led Addleshaw Goddard’s international rebrand alongside the Head of Marketing — a defining achievement in my career. This wide-ranging remit gave me the opportunity to shape a brand I became deeply embedded in, while delivering first-class creative solutions across departments and firm-wide initiatives. My role incorporated brand leadership, team leadership, design direction, studio operations and stakeholder engagement — partnering directly with senior leaders to translate complex challenges into impactful design outcomes. I’ve driven innovation in our creative communications by overhauling our systems, processes, and outputs across social media, interactive documents, and legal content — helping position AG ahead of competitors and ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality, strategic design at speed. Senior Marketing Executive & Designer

2016 - 2018
CSG is a privately owned waste management specialist operating nationally and internationally in both domestic and commercial markets. With four subsidiary brands and a network of waste sites across the UK, CSG was founded in 1934 and holds a significant legacy in the waste industry. Modernising a legacy business and saving over £300K through creative, strategic transformation At Cleansing Service Group, I spearheaded a full brand overhaul — from developing a new brand strategy and tone of voice to redesigning all visual communications across digital, print, PPE, marketing collateral, and a national transport fleet. I introduced the company’s first group-wide brand guidelines, implemented across all subsidiaries, and delivered over £300,000 in cost savings by centralising merchandise and PPE ordering. As the brand and creative lead, I also art directed the company’s landmark corporate book and film, The Hart of Waste, earning published credit and delivering a compelling creative narrative for the business and wider industry.
