Manage NPD Below-the-line (BTL) POS activity plans for both Grocery and OOH channels. Managing spend for the year within the agreed budget approx. $1M. Ensure a high standard of execution against the category & brand strategies by coordinating suppliers and developing activation/signage plans and create excitement with our shoppers. Lead any consumer promotions for the P&C accounts such as Mother’s & Father’s Day, and any activations from accounts in Route. Liaise with the sales and marketing team to ensure BTL POS is effective and robust into driving those incremental sales and guarantee demands from both teams are fulfilled. Manage ample stock levels of POS assets such as cups, sleeves, ice cream scoops, pavement blades, flags etc. Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders between agencies and supplier base for cost savings, and quality of materials. Responsible for the production and distribution of all relevant activation collateral to the wider team ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste.

Manage the distribution requirement planning between sites to meet customer demands. Coordinate and manage the shipping and import process, raising POs and keep track of invoices. Weekly reviews with the production team to guarantee appropriate stock levels across the business. Communication with the commercial team with regards to OOS, and any long term risks. SLOB management, ensure efficient clearance of deleted and changeover items, work closely with Finance regarding provisions. Ensure the success of NPD launches in the supply network (Approx. 15 NPDs/year). Maintain and review daily case fill and service levels to meet customer requirements. Set up and assure good master data management in M3. Maintain and improve parameters in our planning tool - Optimity.
