· TP-Link: Managed to signed 20 key partners in 1 year of handling 3 regions & 40% increase of sales revenue in Central Java, East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara (2016 to 2017)

· Hikvision: Lead and assist East Java biggest partner during 2017 to grew 75% for their total sell-in revenue. This was achieved by providing sales, technical, and problem solving support to this key partner. And in effect, key partner were able to maximize their sellout and operational.

· Dahua: Breakthrough the biggest security partner in the region to cooperate with Dahua for the first time in my first 3 months joining this company. Bringing additional 1M USD to company revenue during 2021. Constant communication, historical relationship and finding the best terms for both parties were the key of this success.

Lead and assist East Java biggest partner during 2017 to grew 75% for their total sell-in revenue. This was achieved by providing sales, technical, and problem solving support to this key partner. And in effect, key partner were able to maximize their sellout and operational. Assigned to 2 new regions of Sulawesi and Bali + Nusa Tenggara Islands from 2018. These 2 new regions had minimal contact and support from company, so the key objective was to breakthrough the business development in this region, and the result was: Lead Bali from having 5 key accounts to became 18 key accounts by 2020. Lead Sulawesi from having 3 key accounts to become 20 key accounts by 2020. In terms of revenue growth, averaging 50% YoY from 2018 to 2020. Company were trusting me to become the key speaker in every national event to gave product and company presentation due to my ability to fluently present any subject given.
