I'm a Web3 community and customer support professional with several years of experience helping users, managing communities, and supporting blockchain ecosystems. Throughout my journey, I've worked with projects including Plume Network, Figure Technology Solutions, Provenance Blockchain, Smart Layer, and Morph, where I've contributed across community management, moderation, customer support, user education, and ecosystem growth.
I enjoy acting as the bridge between users and product teams—helping resolve issues, answering technical and product-related questions, collecting community feedback, identifying bugs, and ensuring users have the best possible experience.
