She launched ORB Media to provide an interactive platform for brands to drive more meaningful growth, increased loyalty, and higher conversion rates than standard e-commerce sites. 
By combining the best bits of Web3 into Web2 platforms she identified that consumers would be up to ten times more engaged with an enhanced, 360⁰ shopping experience. 

A prolific storyteller her extensive experience and journalistic prowess landed her a weekly slot on Dublin’s premier radio station FM104 - with the world’s first metaverse show - where she captivates her Gen Z audience, of over 180,000 listeners, with her eclectic mix of stories from the virtual space, ranging from the ridiculous to the truly bizarre. 

A celebrated keynote speaker and panellist, Ciara is recognised as a thought leader in the metaverse and lectures marketing students at the Technological University Dublin. 
She also gives regular seminars on the subject to senior management at several international banks. 
Throughout her career, she has been published in The Irish Independent, The Business Post, The Echo Newspaper group Dublin. 
Her success as a TV presenter on the popular RTE property finder show This Crowded House led to a plethora of guest spots on Newstalk FM and RTE Radio. 
A strong advocate and supporter of women in innovation, she works with Techstarts Start Up Weekend, First Fridays, students and other female founders aspiring in the tech arena. 
Her vision is to break down the barriers for females in this space.
