Recently, as a Channel Marketing Assistant at Focusrite Group US, I developed and executed a comprehensive marketing plans for the US territory that drove an increase in dealer channel sales. I crafted sales and marketing assets, including print, digital, and social media, and facilitated automated email communications in HubSpot for firmware/software updates and new SKUs. Additionally, I tracked and analyzed dealer channel website audits in Excel, identified and addressed issues, and compiled comprehensive monthly reports on channel partner performance based on Excel and Power BI data.
My experience as a Senior Customer Service Assistant and Digital Media Artist has also given me a strong skill set in eCommerce, project management, and customer service.
