Established the team's first SLO review process, raising critical dispatch services to 99.9% and 99.99% availability. Designed and shipped an instant-pickup flow for high-traffic airports, reducing average ETA by up to 22%. Built a self-service admin tool for airport onboarding, cutting launch time from days to minutes. Mentored 2 backend engineers.

Shipped password recovery for 5 encrypted formats, including Hancom Office and SanDisk SecureAccess. Owned each format end-to-end: key derivation, decryption pipeline, recovery strategy. Built fault-tolerant distributed brute-force recovery jobs running for weeks across multi-core hosts with checkpointed, resumable state.

Owned development, maintenance, and production support for 3 of 50+ purpose-built databases in VKontakte's internal data layer. Scaled ad-targeting and recommendation databases for ML workloads handling 10K+ RPS.
