Connor's background is in economics and computer science. He began working at ConsenSys in 2015 followed by Gitcoin in 2019. He initially focused on growing the Gitcoin developer community via virtual hackathons, bug bounties, and incubation programs. After the GitcoinDAO launch, transitioned to operating Grants Ecosystem rounds with external partners. Connor became a co-lead of the PGF workstream, where his focus was on growing the adoption of quadratic funding and Ethereum public goods.

Co-lead of the Public Goods Funding DAO workstream. Fundraised/operated Gitcoin Grants program (QF), up to 15+ sub rounds, and $3m+ in matching per quarter. Managed a team to build + execute strategic plans to grow the impact of the Grants Program, and support community: grantees, funders, donors, builders, devs. Helped grow Gitcoin Grants and Quadratic Funding to distribute more than $70m to 4k+ grantees in 4 years. Designed business plans providing services to partners, onboarding/fostering permissionless protocol adoption. Head of operations for virtual events and partnerships (hackathons, incubators, bug bounty programs). Assisted with sales, onboarding, and cross-chain integrations, customer relationships, community DevRel. Grew hackathon business from <$100k revenue in 2019 to >$500k in 2020, 100+ sponsors and 7,000+ hackers. Worked closely with engineers/product to develop product roadmap, spec features, fix bugs, improve UX. Developed and executed marketing strategy, hosted and streamed technical community workshops.
