Hi there, I’m Joseph Wang. I’m a project/program management professional by day and Web3 creative strategist by night. I spend a great deal of time telling stories about the history and influence that brands have on communities, and vice versa.

I am currently based in Singapore, but am open to operating remotely and have worked extensively with projects across multiple time zones in the past.

-oversaw a portfolio of over 15 clients including: stanford university, the uc system (university of california), citycenter dc, national wildlife foundation, national retail federation. -implemented agile methodologies and processes while leading a cross-functional team of four through the launch phase of end-to-end website development lifecycles during an agency-wide shift to a 100% remote environment leading to more than 10 web development projects finishing under budget and ahead of proposed schedule. -concepted and established new standard systems for the agency by streamlining processes in key phases of the project lifecycle yielding an average reduction of seven business days in each phase of the timeline.

-consulted with internal teams on developing more than 2 test cases each week based on master data for ibm cognos/openpages applications. -conducted more than four erp, process, and security audits each month on enterprise sap systems to ensure data integrity leading to an overall roi of more than 10% for fy2017 and fy 2018. -on a team of two, engaged with internal departments of 50 or more employees and maintained weekly/monthly/yearly extract/transform/load (etl) cycles for the company in line with service level agreements at the time in preparation for a transition to new erp system.

-successfully oversaw a team of four community managers across us, korean, and chinese telegram groups with around 2000 users each. -implemented growth strategies leading to an increase in overall group follower counts on telegram by 20%. served as main poc with both internal and external stakeholders, priority task leads, program teams, and editorial/content teams. -engaged in frequent opportunity analysis to provide insights on pursuing not only potential partners but also potential vendors resulting in more than five partnerships that expanded coverage of company in both north american and apac regions. -worked with internal teams to revamp website relating to copy and the visual timeline to support the launch of the website refresh in q4 of 2018 that generated more than five additional keynote speaking opportunities for our ceo.
