Built a Rust WebAssembly module for image processing, improving performance 2.8× and consistency 20× over TypeScript. Rewrote entire backend indexer from Nest.js to Rust, achieving 33x faster throughput, 78% memory reduction (4.6x less), and improved latency (22% reduction in max latency, 11% reduction in P99 latency). Implemented advanced image processing algorithms (Floyd–Steinberg/Atkinson dithering, Sobel edge detection, DoG contour extraction) in Rust WebAssembly, contributing to 2.8× performance and 20× consistency improvements over the TypeScript implementation. Integrated the Solana blockchain for NFT minting with real-time updates and IPFS metadata storage. Designed an automated Solana buyback smart contract using Jupiter DEX, with slippage protection, scheduled execution, circuit-breaker safety, and real-time monitoring. Created a gamified UX with leveling and achievements, boosting user engagement.
