Crypto has a way of making you either very sharp or very burned out. Three years inside market making operations - I'd say it did more of the former. Embedded in the operation itself, not around it - managing a substantial book of active client accounts across the full spectrum: early-stage projects with no liquidity runway, mid-sized tokens building their market presence, and CMC top 100 projects with serious capital deployed. Retention is consistently strong, and I think that comes from one thing: staying ahead of problems before clients feel them.
