I've spent my career at early-to-mid stage startups where I've focused on business development, sales operations, and strategy.
In my most recent role as Director of Business Development at Art Blocks, a web3 generative art company, I built a BD team of from the ground up, including devising and implementing all sales strategy and processes. I've grown our client base by 15x and increased YoY revenue from $0 to $1.5M+ for a new SaaS product line by partnering with enterprise clients including Fortune 500 companies.
Before that, I worked on supply side operations at Springboard, where I managed a hiring, onboarding, and payment process for 800 independent contractors.
I've founded / co-founded 3 small companies and understand the execution, strategy, and operational processes needed to succeed at early stage companies.
