At the age of 17, I moved alone to Santa Catarina, Brazil, to pursue a degree in Production Engineering at UDESC, with plans already in motion to study abroad. Six months later, I was accepted into an Economics program at Santa Monica College in the USA. At the time, my English skills were rudimentary, and without any acquaintances in the country, I had to adapt and strive to learn as quickly as possible. After three years in the USA, I returned to Brazil and put my college studies on hold. I resumed my education by enrolling in Business Administration at USJT in 2019, where I am currently enrolled.

Regarding my professional experiences, due to bureaucratic constraints, I did not work during my time in the USA. Upon my return to Brazil, a friend mentioned needing help at his gardening company. Despite lacking any experience, I embraced the challenge of manual labor, filling bags with soil using a shovel. I worked in this capacity without formal employment for a brief period. Subsequently, I explored internship opportunities and became a licensed real estate broker after completing a course in real estate transactions. In my first year, I sold approximately 900 thousand reais worth of properties. Following this experience in self-employment, I decided to focus on working with a large company where I could learn, demonstrate my potential, and grow together.

Currently, I work at Deloitte in the tax consulting department, assisting in the preparation of annual tax returns and providing support to expatriates with any and all tax obligations. I am passionate about cryptocurrencies, having studied the market for over two years. Presently, I am an independent investor focusing on decentralized finance and leveraging web3 technologies to generate passive income.
