I am Peter also known as Cryptosniper, have been in the WEB3 space for about Three Years and more help few projects come to light. 
Got into the space as a reply guy which I later advance to a Moderator with full dedication and addictions to WEB3 always seeking to improvement in all I engage myself.
With my experience as a Community Leader, which I like to call myself and not the traditional (Community Manager) known to all, I have worked with SMMs, MODs, INFLUENCERS, MARKETERS, SHILLERS, CONTENT CREATORS and MY UX/IX DESIGNERS who always pave the way for project and hosting AMAs and X-SPACEs which further boost the adoption of many  PROJECT by the communities. For me, as the Community Leader, I will dedicate my 6-7 hours daily with for the community 2MODs to ensure everyone both new and old gets the necessary info they needed should the MODs unable to handle some members and their curiosities. Also increase participation by 40% and reduce scams by 90% I was trained at O-PEX institute where I got really grilled in the WEB3 space Helped as a reply guy and MOD few projects to begin with Got invite from some upcoming project few months back which I decline for study purposes.
