I have about 10 years of experience mostly in the realm of Healthcare staffing and sales.  Although it may not initially make clear sense, my tenure in healthcare recruitment and sales has provided me with invaluable insights into relationship-building, strategic negotiation, and client engagement. Throughout my career, I have thrived in dynamic environments, adapting swiftly to evolving market trends and cultivating enduring partnerships. While my journey in healthcare has been rewarding, I am inspired by the boundless potential of blockchain technology and the decentralized ecosystem it fosters.  It has been a side passion of mine since 2017 ICO mania and I've been obsessively following developments in crypto, defi, nft's, etc ever since.  

The decision to transition into a cryptocurrency/Web3 role is rooted in both logic and passion. With the rapid proliferation of blockchain applications and decentralized finance, there exists a paradigm shift that demands innovative solutions and visionary leadership. My experience in navigating complex networks and fostering collaborative alliances positions me well to navigate the intricacies of this burgeoning landscape. I just need the opportunity to get my foot in the door in a professional capacity.
