managing the WM module in SAP –key user role for the process, conducting integration tests of the WM module for new projects, supervising the system operations of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, issuing for production, and dispatching materials and finished goods, monitoring and reporting inventory levels and discrepancies.

planning component deliveries to Dell sites in Poland and the Netherlands, placing Purchase Orders for components, based on customer demand and consumption, monitoring DSI (Days Sales Inventory) level, managing with Excess & Obsolete process, managing the product life cycle.

planning of components needed for Aircraft Engine assembly, issuing of work orders on time, planning of workload and capacity for Kitting and Marshalling operators, supervision of issuing parts for Engine assembly on time.

planning of components delivery (from 32 suppliers) for VCT assembly (VW, Audi), contact with the suppliers (everyday mailing, escalation calls etc.), commissioning transports and customs clearance, selection of components transport method, MRP process implementation in SAP, PPAP participation at suppliers.

leveling and preparation of production plan according to capacity and customer requirements, work in SAP on multiple transactions related to production planning, production control, material management and warehouse management, cooperation with Production Department and supervision on timely execution of work orders, control and leveling inventory (raw materials, work in progress and finish goods) on target, cooperation with buyers in raw materials delivery matter, participation in Lean Manufacturing events: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED, participation in Lean Transformation project which were going to optimize production flow on production lines, work as a Standard Factory Project team member, which were going to standardize processes in every UTC company.

purchase orders and RFQ analysis, creating sales and production plans as well as delivery schedules, coordination of new parts implementation, planning of production launch according to customer’s requirements, direct contact with foreign customers (England, France), about delivery dates, invoices, technical data, work in ERP system SyteLine and actualization of its data base, preparing data needed for reports of sales, production and delivery on time, SOP preparation and presentation in board meeting.
