Customer Support Representative
I worked as a Billing Support Specialist for almost a year and a half, where I handled customer issues related to billing and payments. In this role, I mainly used Zendesk to manage support tickets and communicate with customers. I also handled inbound calls and occasionally made outbound calls when it was necessary to follow up with customers or resolve more complex issues.
Currently, I work as a Customer Support Specialist at Helpware, where I process customer tickets and assist users through chat support, helping them resolve their problems quickly and efficiently.
In addition to my support experience, I have about four years of experience teaching English. I worked with students of different levels, helping them improve their communication skills and confidence in using the language.
