Owned and managed the 1Voucher POS Device as a payment and sales tool within the product ecosystem, leading its development from ideation to launch, enabling seamless voucher sales and payments across multiple locations in South Africa. Developed the Profile Service, an internal tool that streamlined fast account lookups and rule based product management, enhancing customer insights and optimizing digital product distribution across Flash Merchants. Led the development of the Messaging Platform, centralizing SMS and email communications for OTPs, transaction alerts, marketing campaigns and promotions, improving processing efficiency and message prioritization. Key contributor to the Acquiring Project, leading the development of functionality that enables Flash Merchants to accept card payments. Collaborated cross functionally with engineering, compliance and operations to integrate secure payment processing. Focused on optimizing transaction flow, merchant onboarding, and regulatory compliance to drive merchant adoption and revenue growth.

Spearheaded the development of the 1Voucher website chatbot functionality, enabling customers to query their vouchers, which led to a 10% decrease in call center queries. Optimized the 1Voucher website customer journey, resulting in a 12% increase in 1Voucher sales through the website. Developed the 1Voucher POS Device from ideation to launch. This POS device enabled the sale of 1Vouchers and allowed customers to make payments using 1Voucher. A total of 2000 devices were deployed across South Africa, leading to a 14% increase in 1Voucher redemptions. Defined specifications for the 1Voucher Card project, including it's design and viability. This project enabled customers to top up their 1Voucher Card using their existing vouchers, which could then be spent at 1Voucher redemption partners.
