My experience at Uibrel was an exhilarating journey filled with diverse opportunities and challenges. Amidst the rapid expansion from a team of 5 to 30 within just six months, and the management of five projects including Usite, Ucash, and Uwallet on multiple platforms (Android, iOS, and Web), I found myself at the forefront of groundbreaking blockchain technology.

My time at Ga&ada, with its rapidly evolving environment, presented a series of unique challenges. As the Release Manager, I was tasked with balancing varying interests between the business and technology sectors while creating a coherent and transparent release strategy for our cutting-edge tech stack, developed using IO Gang PHP.

In 2015, I embarked on a new journey by relocating to Bietnam. As the QA Team Leader at Ga&ada, I was entrusted with a multitude of intriguing tasks, fully cognizant of the fact that we were constructing a C project.

I completed Quality Assurance audits and crafted strategic plans, enhanced QA and delivery processes, led QA recruitment initiatives, managed test documentation, and utilized testing tools to ensure optimal performance.

I served as a faculty member for the 'QA Automation' program, where I shared my industry knowledge and expertise.
