Built a new product from scratch using Next.js, along with a React-based admin panel/CRM. The project was a startup platform for booking appointments with specialists such as tattoo artists, beauty professionals, and barbers. My responsibilities included full UI development, implementing core system logic, and ensuring high SEO performance through SSR, SSG, and Server Components. Focused on clean architecture, search-friendly rendering, and a smooth user experience across the entire platform.

Delivered a wide range of new features and product improvements across two company products. Built new pages, implemented key user-facing functionality, and implemented technical debt through redesigns, creating an internal UI kit, and splitting the platform into independent services. Gained strong experience in Crypto domain, blockchain, web3 basic knowledge, also working heavily with WebSockets, real-time updates, and performance tuning. Migrated large parts of the codebase from styled-components to SCSS modules, configured font-based icon systems, and solved numerous complex front-end challenges in cooperation with BE and DevOps teams.

Founded and led my own freelance/outsourcing company, working as the primary Full-Stack developer alongside several freelancers. Delivered projects for clients across the CIS market, covering a wide range of domains — from simple business websites and service catalogs to e-commerce platforms, logistics systems, marketplaces, complex analytical CRM/ERP solutions, and even IoT dashboards for hydrometeorology and research centers. This role gave me broad, hands-on experience with many CMS platforms, technologies, and programming languages. I often worked as both a developer and a system administrator, configuring servers, control panels, and hosting environments. Over time, market competition grew, so I transitioned from entrepreneurship to full-time product development.

Built websites from designer layouts that were considered revolutionary at the time – full of bold animations, 360-degree flips, layered transitions, and dynamic sections that most browsers were not even close to being ready for. I had to wrestle with early CSS3 support, testing every effect against ancient browsers, and implementing polyfills (in JS) just to get modern concepts working against engines like IE8.
