For the past 5 years I've been working with blockchain regulations, licensings and various token offerings making sure those are legal and compliant.

Apart from blockchain area I'm experienced in:

Below are some of my career accomplishments: 

• Developed the legal services scope forthe company which resulted in 500,000$+ in additionalrevenue forthe past two years; 
• Participated in legal due diligence projects for major telecommunication companies (IPR and corporate areas); 
• Developed and maintained several inner company's processes (legal, accounting, HR) which later were assigned to profile departments as the company grew in numbers; 
• Participated in various governmental / international procedures, including: lease of state-owned real estate within the governmental procedures, obtaining licenses for different types of activities (e.g. license for implementation of tour operator activity; certificate for the right to sell airtickets (air transportation), etc.); 
• Registered and maintained companies in various jurisdictions (both through notaries and state authorities); 
• Conducted a dissolution procedure of companies in various jurisdictions; 
• Maintained simultaneously operations of several companies with their day-to-day activities.
