Currently, I serve as General Counsel at LBank, a global crypto exchange with over 15 million users across 150+ countries. In this role, I have established and managed a comprehensive multinational compliance system, ensuring adherence to international financial regulations such as the FATF Travel Rule, IEEPA, and BSA. I engage with regulators to secure financial and VASP licenses in jurisdictions including the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UAE. Additionally, I provide legal support for equity financing and venture capital investments, and contribute to innovative projects such as crypto credit cards and data protection frameworks.

Beyond my role at LBank, I am a Director at DeSci Sino, a global Web3 community advancing decentralized science. I advise on data compliance, foundation incorporation, and governance for projects such as Open Biobank, and actively foster public engagement in discussions on tech regulation and scientific education.

Previously, I was Legal Counsel at ContentFi Labs, where I developed legal frameworks for decentralized platforms and integrated IP licensing models for creators.
