I’ve worked as a professional community moderator and content manager, helping to build and maintain active, positive, and engaging online communities. I’ve managed communities for Web3 projects like SomaliSHILL, Billions Network, and others, handling moderation, engagement, onboarding, and spam control. I also create relatable and human-centered content that keeps members interested and informed.
