IQT Protocol — Community Moderator
At IQT Protocol, I supported the community on Telegram and Discord.
I helped users with wallet connections, token questions, onboarding, and general platform navigation.
And yes — I probably answered the question “When TGE?” more times than I can count 🙂
My role included:
- Keeping chats clean from spam and scams
- Explaining announcements in simpler terms
- Guiding users through basic transactions
- Escalating real technical issues to the core team
I focused on staying calm, clear, and helpful — even during high-traffic moments.
Technical Support — VPN Service
Before Web3, I worked in technical support for an international VPN service.
I assisted users with:
- VPN setup on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
- Fixing connection issues
- Subscription and billing questions
