IQT Protocol — Community Moderator

At IQT Protocol, I supported the community on Telegram and Discord.
I helped users with wallet connections, token questions, onboarding, and general platform navigation.

And yes — I probably answered the question “When TGE?” more times than I can count 🙂

My role included:

•  Keeping chats clean from spam and scams 
•  Explaining announcements in simpler terms 
•  Guiding users through basic transactions 
•  Escalating real technical issues to the core team 

I focused on staying calm, clear, and helpful — even during high-traffic moments.

Technical Support — VPN Service

Before Web3, I worked in technical support for an international VPN service.

I assisted users with:

•  VPN setup on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android 
•  Fixing connection issues 
•  Subscription and billing questions 

If you’ve ever tried explaining why restarting the router actually helps — you know the skill level required 🙂

That experience trained me to:

•  Communicate clearly with non-technical users 
•  Solve issues step by step 
•  Keep response times fast
