As the person in charge of organizing events and hackathons at Logic Play I carry out the whole process, which includes planning, organizing and coordination. My responsibilities will involve preparation of detailed event plans, management of budgets and coordination with the internal teams and third parties towards smooth running of activities. My role will be to initiate promotional activities that can stimulate participation and manage all the logistics including the venue and technical arrangements as well as leading the organising committee through delegation of roles and team work. I am communicating with sponsors, judges, mentors, and participants to foster good stakeholder relations and advance all materials required to organize the event such as guidelines and schedules. My duties include: handling registrations, addressing the participants through mails, and coordinating onsite activities to make sure there is no delay. I gather feedback, create reports and assess the outcome of each event to streamline the next events. At all events and hackathons, I make sure that Logic Play mission and brand values are well reflected.
