Dominique Aubry is the Founder & CEO of Growth Founder, an offshore dev shop providing digital transformation services across data engineering, analytics, ML, AI, and web 3. I have been a consultant providing web 3 strategy and project management services across NFT and metaverse projects. 

My experiences range from working for the previous Mayor of Philadelphia, Michael Nutter, Teach For America, and the global coworking network Impact Hub. I have trained over 1,000 entrepreneurs in Lean Startup Methodology and product development. Most recently, I was a MassChallenge 2019 Finalist and an entrepreneur-in-residence for National Grid, where I helped raise 1.2M for an IoT platform. 

I have a 15+ year career across government, non-profit, corporate, and social enterprises. I have experience managing P&Ls, overseeing teams, hiring and developing staff, setting strategy and sales, and building external partnerships. Over the last 10 years, I have embedded myself within the innovation ecosystem. I am currently an instructor for MIT I-Corps, and a mentor for Techstars Crypto Accelerator, and the Stacks Foundation Accelerator, amongst others.  

Dominique received her B. A. in Political Science from Lehigh University and her M.S in Education Policy, Research, and Evaluation from the University of Pennsylvania.
