A health-tech startup focused on creating new forms of health accessories and devices to help make health checkups more accessible. As a solo designer I: - Worked closely with our Product Managers to research user needs and translate them into working, usable interfaces. - Conducted both generative and evaluative research to understand and ensure our products work as intended. - Understood user behaviours in the real world using empathy maps, personas, user journeys, and used them to translate our users' experience into the digital world. - Created wireframes, wireflows, and information architectures using my research findings. - Designed usable interfaces, icons, and illustrations. - Worked on a work-in-progress design system. - Collaborated heavily with our software engineers to ensure our products look and feel as they're supposed to. - Created design blueprints to help software developers understand our product's points of interaction. - Helped increase our company's UX maturity.
