With 15+ years of experience enabling digital transformation to customers customers in all kind of industries I have very diverse set of skills and industry area expertise.
My university background is within business strategy while a lot of my business carrier been guided toward product, project and process development projects and platform and system implementations towards customers. In that sense a blend business and tech I have been accustomed to bridge business requirements and strategies and translate those to long term sustainable solutions. Solutions that enhance the combination of people, process and technology to reach positive results.
I have managed several roles within the digital enablement context. Mangagement consultng, Product Owner, Solution Architecht (CRM), Project Manager, Community Manager, Data Strategist etc.
As an Management consultant and Data Strategist I have been responsible for pre-sale customer activities regarding creating the platform for companies to become data-driven and where they can utilize AI and Advanced Analytics integrated in their daily business.
As a Solution Architecht and Project Manager for implementation of CRM platforms I have managed workshops and business analysis, to gather business requirement. I also have designed sales, ticket and customer engagement processes and the interface to interact (via a standard SKD) for hundreds of SMEs.
As a founder and Community Manager for Web3 Sweden I combined web3 tech, community building, event management and partnership dialouges. I have used the learnings from managing and driving engagement from the experience of being CM for Crypto.Chicks NFT into the Web3 Sweden community where I on a monthly basis arrange live meetups for a rapidly growing community. The first meetup attracted 8-10 people. The latest attracted 60+ live participants.
