• complete on average about 250+ reviews daily, integrated a discord bot, to keep tabs on tickets and resolved those issues raised by community members.
• Spearheaded a team of moderators to review on average 500+ user-generated content and views.
• Formulated an ambassadorial program, ambassadors meet weekly with moderators and myself, to formulate a community growth principle.
