I have worked as a customer service representative, technical support, data entry clerk and workforce real time administrator for 3 years and have developed a thorough understanding of how to assist people with their day-to-day inquiry. I have been able to demonstrate my ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.

In addition to my work experience, I have taken courses in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint last year. I gained this knowledge through taking online courses. These courses provide a good foundation for preparing for any job that requires these skills.

I am currently after data entry and offline tasks.
