Hello, 

I have worked as a Community Leader in web3 projects for over 2 years. Now I work as the Head of Marketing for DeFi project for over a year. 

My path towards DeFi is full of bumps and curves. I worked for many yeasts in corporate consulting and got very much frustrated in the quality of services of traditional institutions. Then I learned about DeFi in early 2021 and figured that it could be a solution. 

I went to get my first job in web3, the pro-bono one, so I combined it alongside my job in consulting. 
Started at Binance Angels (my time there was covered by Barron's Journal Article in 2023).
Soon I was recommended by the head of Ukrainian branch of Binance for the position of Community Lead at Yoshi Exchange, a DEX aggregator native to Fantom network that was launching then.

While at Yoshi I have managed to organize and host what was probably the biggest online event dedicated to Fantom network, with over 20 projects represented, not mentioning the influencers. And the audience was in many hundreds. 

What is worth mentioning is that I organized the event at almost zero budget. I just ordered a graphic designer to prepare a number of banners and then requested all guest projects to promote the event with those banners, stressing how important it is for the whole Fantom ecosystem. I always remain very wary of a budget. 

Later in January 2022 I was sourced by DIA DAO, a blockchain oracle provider (B2B), to assist with not only community management but also with building a bounty program and unleashing the potential of community members, which is especially challenging for a B2B project. 

In early 2024 I have finally secured a job in a pure DeFi project with a USP to offer. 
MC² Finance it is. I manage several operational directions in marketing for it, exploring new strategies and planning campaigns. Working closely with the product department.
