Web3 Community Manager
Most communities don’t fail because of tech; they fail because no one knows how to keep humans engaged. That’s the gap I fill.
I’m a Web3 Community Manager & Moderator who builds structure, culture, and momentum inside fast-growing crypto communities. Over the last 3+ years, I’ve helped projects move from quiet chats to active, high-signal ecosystems where members feel heard, informed, and invested.
I’ve worked across multiple Web3 environments, including EternalAI DAO, RockDAO, Tonance, and GroundZero — a project management house where I moderate and manage a community of 800+ members. My work consistently blends moderation, engagement strategy, and operational support.
What that looks like in practice:
- Turning low-activity communities into engaged ones, boosting interaction from 3% to over 60%
- Growing DAO membership organically from 45 to 600+ members
- Maintaining healthy Telegram and Discord spaces through clear guidelines, fast response times, and consistent presence
- Acting as the bridge between users and core teams, ensuring feedback doesn’t get lost
- Setting up moderation bots, running growth campaigns, and supporting launches, AMAs, and day-to-day operations
At GroundZero, I operate in a multi-project environment where clarity, coordination, and calm execution matter. I help keep conversations productive while supporting teams as they build, ship, and scale.
I’m currently looking for a remote Web3 role as a Community Manager, Moderator Lead, or Community Ops contributor; ideally with a team that understands community is not an afterthought, but an asset.
