Architected a C++20 high-throughput Frame-processing pipeline utilizing functional programming patterns, FFmpeg, and lock-free, zero-copy data paths, delivering a sustained 10× average FPS increase. Engineered synchronization of LIVE and Recorded video analytics outputs by implementing extended RTP header extensions and patching FFmpeg’s LibAV RTP parser to embed precise temporal metadata. Architected RTSP stream redundancy with an automated, state-aware fallback mechanism and supervised processes — achieving higher uptime and zero manual fail-over. Integrated HEVC (H.265) encoding into the streaming server, cutting bandwidth by 40–50% while delivering much higher bitrate streams with 100% reliability.

Implemented HLS-fMP4 support in the streaming infrastructure, reducing CPU utilization by 30-40% and increasing concurrent stream capacity by 30-35%. Developed real-time (on-fly) audio transcoding pipeline (ALAW/MULAW/PCM → MP3/AAC) with near-0% CPU over-head, preserving end-to-end stream integrity utilizing FAAC and LAME libraries.
