I’m Ayoade Clinton Ayomide, a passionate Software Engineer and UI/UX Designer based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a strong foundation in full-stack development and a keen interest in blockchain technology. At Semicolon Africa’s Software Engineering Program (2024–Present), I’ve built full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and MongoDB, creating RESTful APIs and responsive frontends for real-world use cases. I’m proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend technologies like React, Redux, and Tailwind CSS, with hands-on experience building dynamic, user-focused applications such as a URL Shortener and a Weather App. My passion for blockchain drives me to explore decentralized solutions, particularly on platforms like Polygon and Sui, where I’ve experimented with Solidity and Move to create smart contracts for projects like wallet identification systems and no-loss lotteries. I’m fascinated by blockchain’s potential to enhance transparency and accessibility, aiming to develop tools that simplify crypto adoption and empower users globally.
