Tiket.com is one of Indonesia’s leading OTA, offering products like flights, hotels, activities, and transportation. Over 4 years, I’ve contributed across three major verticals — Things-To-Do (TTD), Core Frontend, and Accommodation, owning end-to-end features, platform-wide improvements, and performance-critical initiatives. Key Highlights Frontend Modernization: Migrated legacy apps to Next.js, improving page speed and unlocking many beneficial features. Introduced TypeScript and scalable architecture to improve code quality, maintainability, and DX, cutting dev time and bugs. Proactively identified bottlenecks and proposed technical improvements that reduced page load times and improved team velocity. Performance & Scale: Optimized frontend performance for high-traffic events (e.g., K-pop concerts, sports ticketing). Supported SEO initiatives by restructuring URLs and routing across the Accommodation vertical. Product Ownership: Owned and enhanced the full user journey for hotel and TTD bookings — from landing page → SRP → PDP → booking form. Internal Tooling & Design System: Maintained and scaled the internal UI library with the Design System team, ensuring consistency and accessibility across squads. Collaboration & Mentorship: Partnered cross-functionally with PMs, UI/UX, QA, backend, and TPMs to deliver business-critical features. Mentored peers, did pair programming, and regularly reviewed code thoroughly to maintain high standards.

GetCraft is a creative industry platform that connects clients with content creators (influencers, writers, photographers, etc.) for project- based collaboration. As part of the Funnel Squad, I led frontend development efforts to improve client and creator onboarding, as well as overall product usability. Key Highlights Leadership & Collaboration: Appointed as Funnel Squad Lead, coordinating with PMs, designers, QAs, and engineers across squads to align on features, workload prioritization, and sprint planning. Led technical discussions and contributed to PRD development with cross-functional stakeholders. Frontend Engineering: Maintained and improved the frontend codebase for better readability, scalability, and productivity. Implemented unit testing frameworks using Jest and React Testing Library to improve test reliability and coverage. Performance Optimization: Diagnosed and resolved performance issues using tools like React Profiler, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights, resulting in faster and more responsive user experiences. Fullstack Contribution (Prior Role): Delivered end-to-end features across the stack during my earlier role as a Fullstack Engineer, enabling smooth project execution and faster iteration cycles.

Build a CRM dashboard to maintain relationship between customer and Kioson by using chaining method via SMS, Push Notification, and CS Call (still prototype). Build web dashboard that monitor live transactions activity by displaying active transactions for the last month and current month. Enhancement & bug-fixing CMS and Admin dashboard that being used by internal team. Handle revamped mobile apps source code made by vendor and maintain improvement.
