Scaled the India Quality Engineering team from 2 to 20 members within one year, building a culture of excellence by actively guiding and mentoring in functional and automation testing. Managed the FI QA Department for one of the largest business units, leading 20+ QA professionals from 4 different countries. Established Testing CoE and implemented best practices for Performance Engineering, Test Automation, and Functional Testing. Among the early adopters of AI. Researched on various AI tools and models, implemented GitHub Copilot for Test Automation and Code coverage to achieve 2x-3x productivity. Automated metric-based measurements and designed maturity metrics to track progress. Setup Performance Engineering vertical, implemented Performance framework, Test plans, Reports templates etc. and rolled out Performance Testing across products. Introduced niche technology Automation Frameworks like Playwright, WebdriverIO, Rest-Assured etc. to gain maximum Test Automation coverage.

This role involved in execution of pre-defined test strategy, understanding requirements and setting up QA environment. Leading India office QA team.
