Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
o Project Management: Managing end-to-end project life cycles between multiple teams: developers, QAs, UI/UX designers, coordinating with POs and international licensed labs using Agile methodology.
o Ceremony Facilitation: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
o Process Optimization: Creating Jira workflows and dashboards to improve project transparency and visibility. Removing structural roadblocks for project smooth implementation.
o Planning: Evaluating schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure the smooth progression of certification or integration processes.
