Talsen Team GmbH is a provider of innovative software solutions for various industries, specializing in agile project management tools and services. Developed the Ara-Manager project for German manufacturing companies and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, significantly improving their agile project management processes. Ara-Manager is a comprehensive tool that combines a Kanban board and a tree view for agile management, streamlining and optimizing company management processes. All code was developed using Test-Driven Development (TDD), with tests written using Selenium WebDriver for testing feature files and Jest for other functionalities. The successful deployment and sale of Ara-Manager to multiple companies led to a 32 percent increase in company revenue. Designed and implemented intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js, enhancing user experience and engagement. Conducted code reviews and maintained high coding standards, resulting in a 30 percent reduction in code-related issues. Worked on optimizing application performance, reducing load times by 35 percent through effective state management using the Redux toolkit and component optimization.
