From 2008 to 2016, I worked in the public sector. Since 2016, I have independently led entrepreneurial ventures in consulting and e-commerce, while also founding and managing two non-governmental organizations.

In 2022, I shifted my focus to climate regulation, carbon markets, and Web3 investments in cleantech. I founded CarbonAdvisor.org, a Russian-language portal covering voluntary carbon standards, climate regulation in Russia, and Web3 investments in climate solutions. I also provide strategic guidance to businesses navigating climate policies.

By December 2023, I expanded this initiative, launching three independent niche platforms—CarbonAdvisor.org, CarbonUnits.ru, and CarbonCredits.md—to enhance consultancy services, explore affiliate marketing, and pursue grant funding in these areas. In March 2025, I launched DigitalPropInvest.com, a platform dedicated to researching Web3 investments in real estate, with the same objectives.

Relevant Web3 Experience

• Technical & Legal Expertise: Built a strong foundation through resources like MIT’s Blockchain and Money course, podcasts, and books. In November 2024, I completed the ReFi Talents program at The Frankfurt School of Finance & Management’s Blockchain Center, where I was recognized as the top student.
• Thought Leadership: Focus on Web3 investing in Real-World Assets (RWA), spanning cleantech (carbon credits, renewable energy, plastic credits) and real estate (tokenized property). I explore opportunities to invest directly in these assets as well as in the platforms that enable them—including Asset-Referenced Tokens (ARTs), Asset-Backed Tokens (ABTs), bonds, fixed-term deposits, lending pools, DAOs, and private investments. I share insights through CarbonAdvisor.org (cleantech), DigitalPropInvest.com (real estate), and my X (Twitter) and LinkedIn profiles.
• Consulting: Advise on securing Web3 investments for Cleantech projects.
• Community Involvement: Participate in the ECOTA Web3 Carbon Database Working Group and contribute to X Spaces discussions on relevant industry topics.

Future Goals & Next Steps

I see Web3 as a space with immense potential and am eager to fully transition into a professional role in business development and marketing within the industry, shifting away from advisory and portal maintenance.
