Did my medical degree in Ukraine and practiced as a fully licensed doctor for 6 years before pursuing entrepreneurship via gaming and esports. Was part of the co-founding team of a esports marketing agency that was scaled from a team of 5 to 90 people. During this tenure, worked in multiple roles:

Skilled in organisational work to bring structure to teams, shaping and harnessing the culture. Spear-headed and led more than 50 esports and gaming events during the tenure, working with the likes of Valve, Riot Games, Tencent Games, Blizzard and many more. Building relationships with publishers and brands to run their campaigns and activations accordingly. In the midst of cashing out of the business and have chosen to go into Web3 full time.
