I’m an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with over 15 years of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering tech solutions across retail, finance, and corporate environments. Skilled in O365, Azure, networking, and security, I thrive on resolving complex challenges and supporting users at all levels.

Recently, I’ve been diving into the Web3 space—moderating NFT project Discords, developing and testing Solana smart contracts, and building full NFT sale workflows using Metaplex and Candy Machine. I’m passionate about experimenting with blockchain tools, exploring dApps, and learning how decentralised technologies can reshape customer experiences.
